29-2-1. Categories of guardians for minors.

  1. Guardians of minors may be categorized as follows:

    Natural guardians;#

  3. (2)

    Testamentary guardians;#

  4. (3)

    Temporary guardians;#

  5. (4)

    Standby guardians; and#

  6. (5)

    Permanent guardians.#
