31-11-34. Standards for ambulances and emergency organ transport vehicles.

  1. Ambulances and emergency organ transport vehicles operated by persons engaged in providing ambulance service shall meet all standards as set forth in the department’s rules and regulations.

Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, inserted “and emergency organ transport vehicles” in this Code section.
