34-2-12. Duty of Attorney General and district attorneys to prosecute violations of those laws enforced by Commissioner.

  1. It shall be the duty of the Attorney General of the state and the district attorneys of their respective judicial circuits, upon request of the Commissioner of Labor or any of his authorized representatives, to prosecute any violation of the law which is made the duty of the Commissioner to enforce.
