36-20-3. Definitions.

  1. As used in this chapter, the term:

  2. (1)

    “Academy” means the Georgia County Leadership Academy.#

  3. (2)

    “Board” means the Board of the Georgia County Leadership Academy.#

  4. (3)

    “County governing authority” means the governing authority as defined in paragraph (7) of Code Section 1-3-3 and an elected chief executive officer of a county.#

  5. (4)

    “State” means the State of Georgia and any department, board, bureau, commission, or other agency thereof.#
