43-33-1. Short title.

  1. This article shall be known and may be cited as the ‘‘Georgia Physical Therapy Act.’’

Code Commission notes

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 2019, ‘‘This article’’ was substituted for ‘‘This chapter’’ at the beginning to effectuate the intent of Ga. L. 2019, p. 126, § 4/HB 39.
