Qué contiene esta colección y qué deja fuera
- Las opiniones provienen de CourtListener y, para las decisiones que este aún no ha publicado, del sitio web de la propia Corte Suprema de Georgia (36 opiniones por ahora). Cuando CourtListener publica una de esas decisiones, su registro reemplaza al registro tomado del sitio de la corte y la dirección anterior redirige a él.

The Supreme Court of Georgia disbarred attorney John L. G. Herbert, Jr. after he defaulted on disciplinary charges accusing him of taking about $850,000 entrusted to him by overseas real estate investors.
Najarro v. State
The Supreme Court of Georgia upheld Sylvia Marie Najarro's felony murder conviction in a Gwinnett County drug deal shooting, rejecting her claims that her trial lawyer failed her by not objecting to certain evidence.
Pierce v. State
The Supreme Court of Georgia upheld a Clayton County man's convictions for murder, arson, and gang activity in the killing of a man who visited a house used for prostitution, rejecting all of his claims of trial error and ineffective counsel.
Redding v. State
The Supreme Court of Georgia upheld Merrick Redding's felony murder conviction for a fourth and final time, ruling his speedy-trial rights were not violated and that any evidence errors at trial were harmless.
WEST v. WITTENSTEIN
The Supreme Court of Georgia ruled that presidential electors for independent candidates Cornel West and Claudia De la Cruz had to personally file nomination petitions, and because none did, both candidates were properly kept off Georgia's 2024 ballot.

Melancon v. State
The Supreme Court of Georgia threw out a father's second-degree murder conviction, ruling that telling his girlfriend not to report earlier signs of abuse to state child welfare investigators was not enough to legally count as causing his daughter's death two months later at the mother's hands.
Pyne v. State
